THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 4480 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. 2.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: " ...to issue an appropriate Writ, Direction or Order declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents to award to the petitioner the contract for the school building construction over the land donated by the petitioner, is in utter violation of the principles of natural justice, arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to award to the petitioner the third phase/ stage of the contract for the building construction involving three class rooms and compound wall etc., over the land donated by the petitioner for the building of the Primary School, Urdu Medium at Utkoor Village/ Mandal Mahabubnagar District."

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 that the construction of the school building in question, is already completed.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the Writ Petition. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
