On 12.06.2017 when the matter was called there was no representation for the petitioners, hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 16.06.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 16.06.2017 even though the matter was posted under the caption for dismissal, none appeared for the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 19.06.2017 under the same caption. Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners have no interest in prosecuting the case. Therefore, the civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition, shall stand closed.
