SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.8138 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who are A1 and A2, in Crime No.81 of 2018 on the file of Chirala Rural Police Station, Prakasam District. The offences alleged are under Section 380 IPC. 2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The case of the complainant is that these petitioners were engaged as drivers to drive his boat and the petitioners took away 100 liters of diesel without his knowledge and shifted one person in his boat.

Hence, considering the nature of the offence, this court opines that it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. 5.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed. _____________ T.RAJANI, J 17.08.2018 SS
