HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 1279 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 13.04.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15841 of 2015, wherein and whereby this Court directed the second respondent to cause a survey for demarcating the lands of the petitioner by considering the representation dated 16.09.2013 submitted by the petitioner after collecting necessary charges therefore within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order after issuing notice to the petitioner and affected parties and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) produced a memo stating that the survey number which is claimed by the petitioner is not in existence. In view of the same, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is disposed of. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings in accordance with law.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
