THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.1064 OF 2017 ORDER:

This application is filed under Section 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, alleging wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 20.02.2017 in W.P.No.5860 of 2017.

Heard.

By way of the above said order dated 20.02.2017, this Court directed the respondents to complete 6-A enquiry, initiated against the petitioner, within two months from the date of receipt of the said order.

Counter affidavit is filed by the respondents. A copy of the proceedings dated 19.05.2017, passed by the Collector (CS), Jagtial is placed on record. By virtue of the said order, the Joint Collector ordered confiscation of the seized stocks, while disposing of the 6-A proceedings.

In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
