This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 02.04.2012 in I.A.No.124 of 2012 in O.S.No.100 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the XIII Additional District Judge, Krishna District at Vijayawada. As per the office note, O.S.No.100 of 2010 was disposed of on 30.06.2012.

Learned counsel for the respondent also submitted that the above suit was disposed of in the year 2012.

In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
