HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.43719 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings No.B/229/2016, dated 24.05.2016 issued by the 3rd respondent.

The impugned proceedings appear to be a consequential proceedings which was passed after passing of order dated 13.04.2016 by the Tahasildar. The writ petitioner has not challenged the proceedings dated 13.04.2016 passed by the Tahasildar. The same was brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Unless the order passed by the Tahasildar dated 13.04.2016 is challenged, the writ petitioner cannot get the present relief as the impugned proceedings are only consequential proceedings addressed by the Tahasildar to the Sub Inspector of Police, Regonda. In view of the same, I do not see any merits in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
