As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 17.04.2017 and 20.04.2017, the matter was directed to be listed next week under the caption 'for dismissal'.

In spite of the matter being listed today under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader would submit that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
