Questioning the action of the 4th respondent in taking steps to grant one year lease in favour of third parties in respect of the land in question without considering the petitioner's right, the present writ petition is filed. Since the petitioner's possession is already protected by order of this Court in W.P.No.20171 of 2012, dated 24-07-2012, no further directions are called for.
