JUDGMENT

Sri D. Radha Krishna, learned counsel for the appellant, filed a letter dated 30.03.2016, stating that there is no dispute between the appellant and the respondents and therefore, the second appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the said letter, permission is accorded and the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand dismissed.
