Heard Mr. Vedula Venkataramana, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant and Mr. C.V. Bhaskar Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Revenue(TG) for the respondents.

Mr. Vedula Venkataramana, on instructions, submits that the appellant would be satisfied if the time to deposit the amount as per the order dated 21.4.2015 is extended by another six weeks from today and in that event, he is not pressing the writ appeal on merits and prayed for keeping all contentions on merits open to be raised in the writ petition.

The appeal is disposed of as not pressed. Time to deposit the amount of Rs.48,56,000/- as per the order dated 21.4.2015 is extended by six weeks from today.
