Sri N.V.R.Amarnath, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 27.03.2017 to the Registry stating that this contempt case was filed with several mistakes and that the petitioner instructed him to withdraw the same reserving liberty to file a fresh contempt case.
