THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.24448 of 2003 ORDER:- This Writ Petition is filed challenging the orders of the Labour Court - II, Hyderabad, dated 06.01.2003 passed in M.P.No.65 of 2001.

2. First respondent herein approached Labour Court - II, Hyderabad challenging deduction of Rs.14,959/- which the Corporation deducted as excess payment and the Labour Court - II, Hyderabad, after considering the contentions and rival contentions of both parties, allowed the application and directed the appellant - Corporation to pay the recovered amount and challenging the same, present writ is filed.

3. This Court granted interim suspension on 20.11.2003 on condition of depositing half of the amount before the Labour Court and permitted the first respondent herein to withdraw that amount without furnishing any security.

4. As seen from the record, the writ petition against the first respondent herein who filed M.P.No.65 of 2001 before the Labour Court - II, Hyderabad, was dismissed on 19.10.2010 for non-compliance of the order dated 18.08.2010. 5 . Since the writ petition is dismissed against beneficiary - first respondent, no cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
