HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA W.P.No.2029 of 2008 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) This writ petition was filed as a Public Interest Litigation challenging a decision to shift a Girls School. Today, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent-State submitted on instructions that the school has already been shifted and a compound wall has been constructed and that nothing survives in the writ petition. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed. If the learned counsel for the petitioner has any contrary instructions, it is always open to him to come up with appropriate application.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
