Learned counsel for the writ petitioners had filed a letter, dated 15.11.2017, before the Registry stating that the petitioners intend to withdraw the Writ Petition and requested to post the matter under the caption 'For Withdrawal'. Hence, the matter came up today under the caption "For Withdrawal'.

In view of the contents of the letter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, also shall stand dismissed.
