Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for all the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2) Aggrieved by the inaction of respondents 2 to 4 in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2021 for removal of his property located at Door No.8-2-686/7/12/A, Road No.12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad from the prohibited list, the present writ petition is filed.

3) Having regard to the fact that the representation dated 17.12.2021 made by the petitioner is pending consideration before respondent No.2, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to dispose of the same and pass necessary orders thereon, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. A copy of the order likely to be passed by respondent No.2 shall be communicated to the parties. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
