ORDER:

In I.A.No.326 of 2010 in O.S.No.113 of 2010, the Senior Civil Judge, Gooty, granted order of injunction by his order, dated 07.07.2011. Aggrieved thereby, the defendants filed C.M.A.No.14 of 2011 before the VI Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Gooty . By order, dated 11.11.2011, the order in I.A.No.326 of 2011 in O.S.No.113 of 2010 was reversed and C.M.A.No.14 of 2011 was allowed. Aggrieved thereby, the plaintiff in the suit filed this civil revision petition.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that O.S.No.113 of 2010 was dismissed by order, dated 04.08.2014. In view of the same, the civil revision petition becomes infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this civil revision petition shall stand closed.
