This appeal is filed by the appellant aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 02.09.2015 passed in A.S.No.75 of 2013 by the X Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC), Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and confirming the decree and judgment dated 22.11.2012 passed in O.S.No.301 of 2010 by the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he is not pressing the appeal. 3.
