At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Contempt Case.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision, shall stand dismissed.
