When the matter was called on 29.04.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed after summer vacation. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 06.06.2016, none appeared for the petitioners, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 07.06.2016.

Today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioners. This indicates that the petitioners herein have no interest in prosecuting the writ petition.

In view of the above, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
