ORDER:

Petitioner filed a complaint in the public grievance cell complaining of digging of illegal bore-well by the fifth respondent.

It is stated that the fourth respondent has taken cognizance of the complaint and had issued notice to the concerned parties to appear on 05.08.2015 vide Lr.No.B/1461/2015 dated 01.08.2015 but, thereafter, it is stated that no further steps are taken. Hence, the present writ petition is filed alleging inaction.

2. Learned Government Pleader states that enquiry, as proposed, will be conducted by the fourth respondent after notice to the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent and thereafter, appropriate further action will be taken.

3. In view of the said assurance, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, as already proposed, by him in the notice aforesaid and after examining the submissions of the petitioner and the fifth respondent, pass appropriate orders expeditiously. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ VILAS V.
