This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:
"To issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the orders vide Rc.No.695/B4/A.P.SSA/2015, Dt.Nil/06/2015 passed by the 4th respondent and also the School Management Committee of year 2013-14 Dt.18.12.2013 furnished by the 6th respondent is illegal and arbitrary and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 7 to follow strictly guidelines in GOMs.No.20, Dt.03.03.2011 for construction of additional class rooms at M.P.U.P. School, Marsalapalli, Chilamathur Mandal, Anantapur District". 2, When the mater is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners herein as well as the learned Government Pleaders and also the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 that the petitioners may be permitted to submit a representation before the District Collector, Anantapur District, Anantapur, for redressal of their grievance and necessary directions may be issued to the District Collector, Anantapur District, to take appropriate action on the same by fixing some time.
3. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioners herein to submit a representation before the District Collector, Anantapur District, Anantapur/second respondent herein for redressal of their grievance, within a period of one week from today. If any such, representation is submitted within the said time, the District Collector, Anantapur District, Anantapur/second respondent herein shall enquire into the matter and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of one week thereafter. Till the said action is taken, status quo as
on today pursuant to the orders of the Project Officer, A.P. Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Anantapur in Rc.No.696/B4/A.P.SSA/2015 dated nil-06.2015 with regard to the construction of additional Class Room at MPUPS Marasalapalli, Chilamathur Mandal, Ananthapur District, shall be maintained. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
