ORAL ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the orders of termination dated 30.11.2006, on the ground that they are against the requirements in accordance with Section 116 (c ) of the Cooperative Societies Act. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that in terms of the interim orders of this Court dated 2.1.2007 petitioners were continued in service and first petitioner was promoted as Clerk and second petitioner was absorbed as Clerk in the District Cooperative Central Bank and they are working as such. It is further submitted that no further orders are required on account of the subsequent developments. Recording the same, writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
