Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) An ad interim order of attachment of part of the salaries of the petitioners, who are judgment debtors 3 and 4 in ABR/CF/No.321 of 2014, made in EP.No.100 of 2016 filed by respondent No.1 in the Court of the learned IV Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, is

assailed in this Civil Revision Petition.

After arguing the case, Mr.K.V.Rajendra Prasad, learned Counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to his clients to approach the lower Court, which passed the order under revision, with a request to vacate/modify the said order.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is accepted and the Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.4526 of 2016, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
