Aggrieved by the action of the 5th respondent - Mandal Parishad Development Officer - cum - Member Convener, Mandal Screening cum Selection Committee, self Employment Scheme, Tripuranthakam Mandal, Prakasam District, in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2018 for sanction of loans to unemployed youth, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare and Sri G.Seshadri, Standing Counsel for respondents 4 and 5.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority / 5th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner stated to have been made on 16.07.2018 and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
