THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.19109 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent - District Collector shall examine the case of the petitioner in its entirety in the light of G.O.Ms.No.4 CA F & CS (CS.I) Department dated 19.02.2011, with regard to the said G.O. prospective or retrospective, in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the petitioner, which exercise shall be completed within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and accordingly, the writ petition is liable to be disposed of. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed __________________________ T. AMARNATH GOUD, J.
