HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1196 of 2017 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.9617 of 2017, dated 21-03-2017.

Counter affidavit is filed by the respondent stating that in pursuance to the orders in the writ petition to consider the application of the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner, notice was issued to the petitioner on 09-05-2017 and after considering the arguments of the petitioner, speaking order was passed vide proceedings in Rc.B/15/2017, dated 18-07-2017.

No reply affidavit is filed disputing the same. In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court and accordingly, the contempt case is closed granting liberty to challenge the order dated 18-07-2017.
