THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO.26792 OF 2018 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri R.Siva Sai Swaroop, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition contending that, subsequent to filing of this Writ Petition, an order was passed by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 ("the SARFAESI Act" for brevity) on 19.09.2018; the petitioners intend to withdraw this Writ Petition, and file a Writ Petition afresh questioning the validity of the order passed on 19.09.2018 under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. Learned counsel seeks liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
