The main relief in the writ petition and the relief claimed in the WPMP are one and the same. In those circumstances, the Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself. The grievance of the petitioner is that pursuant to the contract entrusted to him through proceedings dated 21.01.2015 issued by the 3rd respondent and subsequent agreement dated 20.07.2015, he had executed the contract work successfully and as a matter of fact petitioner's contract has been extended further by an order dated 24.01.2017. Though the petitioner had completed the work, petitioner has not been paid a total sum of Rs.45,82,173/-. The complaint of the petitioner is that though he made detailed representations on 26.05.2017 and 10.07.

2017, seeking payment of bills pending with the 3rd respondent, so far the same have not been considered by the 3rd respondent. Hence the Writ Petition.
