Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, does not press this writ appeal on merits and seeks liberty to the appellant to file appropriate proceedings seeking his reinstatement, if the enquiry as directed by learned Single Judge vide order, dated 31.03.2015, impugned in the present appeal, does not get over on or before 31.08.2015.

We direct the appellant to cooperate for disposal of the enquiry as directed vide order, dated 31.03.2015, and shall not seek adjournments on frivolous grounds. It is made clear that if it is found that the appellant is responsible for delaying the enquiry, he would not be allowed to seek his reinstatement.
