THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1469 of 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.146 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Palakol, West Godavari District. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C. before the trial Court.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. The trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the petition, if any, filed by the petitioner under Section 205 Cr.P.C. in accordance with law.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
