HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.9507 of 2014 O R D E R :

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the subject case ended in acquittal on 21.12.2018 by the lower Court concerned. In support of his submission, he produced before this Court the letter addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police concerned.

In view of the above, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
