THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2293 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard party-in-person, who filed this Contempt Case alleging nonimplementation of order dated 12.06.2015 in W.P.No.15911 of 2015.

2. W.P.No.15911 of 2015 was dismissed on 12.06.2015 giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies for taking back of original certificates from the second respondent therein (respondent herein). The present Contempt Case is filed under the misconception that in spite of the dismissal order, the original certificates were not given and, thus, there is violation of the said order passed by this Court. Preservation was made in the order dated 12.06.2015 in W.P.No.15911 of 2015 in order to enable the petitioner to take other proceedings other than the Writ Petition.

3. Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed as not maintainable. No order as to costs.
