THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6563 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A3 and also the learned public prosecutor, representing for the State. 2.

Undisputedly, the proceedings against A1 and A2 were quashed by the orders of this Court vide Crl.P.No.5929 of 2017, dated 20.07.2017 and Crl.P.No.1316 of 2016, dated 06.07.2016 respectively.

Having regard to the above and the allegations are common against A1 to A3, this criminal petition is allowed, quashing the proceedings against the petitioner/A3. Needless to say, the A4 is also in same footing, though he did not approach the Court, this Court to sub-serve the ends of justice and to prevent abuse of process, quash the proceedings against the A4 also directing the lower court. Bail bonds, if any, shall stand cancelled. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
