The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in C.C.No.2l7 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Gajwel. 2.

No representation on petitioners' side on call. 3.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the case ended in acquittal and thus, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
