ORDER

The petitioners, who are A1 and A4 in Cr.No.1 of 2015 of Obulavaripalli Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 324 read with Section 149 IPC, filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides and perused the material on record.

3. The allegation against the petitioners is that due to previous disputes, the petitioners and other accused came to Kapupalli Village at about 10.00 AM, armed with stones and rods and beat the de facto complainant with rod and one of the accused beat with stone on his eyes and all the accused beat him with legs and hands, due to which he sustained severe injuries.

4. Since it is represented that the injured was only discharged from the hospital few days back and he also directed to continue his treatment because he sustained severe injury on his eyes. The other accused were arrested and released on bail, the petitioners/A1 and A4 are directed to surrender before the concerned Court and file an application for bail, and on filing such an application, the Court concerned shall consider the same in their favour as expeditiously as possible.
