This Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking to quash the criminal proceedings initiated against the petitioners 3 and 4 vide C.C.No.102 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Siddipet, Medak District for the offences under Sections 498-A, 494, 109 IPC.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of the Court to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the legal remedies including filing of discharge petition if the charges are not framed; and also sought that presence of the petitioners may be dispensed with before the trial Court.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to avail the legal remedies including filing of discharge petition if the charges are not framed. Presence of the petitioners (A.3 and A.4) be dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment. However, they shall appear before the concerned trial Court as and when their presence is so required. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
