THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1779 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against her in C.C.No.806 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sangareddy, Medak District. Heard and perused the material available on record. The petitioner is alleged to have committed the offence punishable under Sections 494, 323, 504 and 506 IPC. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above C.C.

At this stage, the learned Counsel for the petitioner prayed for dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the Court below.

In view of the request made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the presence of the petitioner-accused No.2 before the Court below is dispensed with, except on the dates when her presence is insisted by the Court below. It is made clear that the petitioner shall be represented before the Court below by her Counsel on all hearing dates.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
