HON'BLE MR JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO Writ Petition No.31679 OF 2015 ORDER:
Heard Sri Ravi Kondaveeti, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Endowments for respondents 1 to 4 and Smt. K.Lalitha, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 5 and 6.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the 5th respondent basing on the common orders dated 22.06.2015 of the 4th respondent, dismissed the petitioner from service vide order dated 23.06.2015. According to the petitioner, he is a regular employee of the temple and no order of dismissal can be passed without issuing any notice or conducting any enquiry.
3. Under these circumstances, the impugned orders are set aside. The Competent Authority, however, can initiate enquiry against the petitioner after issuing proper notice and pass final orders in accordance with law.
4. The writ petition is accordingly allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _________________ R.KANTHA RAO, J Date:30.09.2015 Note:
