This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.47 of 2016 from the file of the Family Courtcum-V Additional District Court, Tirupati, Chittoor District, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Proddatur, Kadapa District.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the petition, both parties have settled the issues outside the Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this transfer petition.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
