HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2871 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that when she approached the 3rd respondent for registration of sale deeds, the 3rd respondent refused to register the said documents basing on the communication received from the 2nd respondent in Rc.CC No.21 to 25/NLR/2010, dated 16.11.2015 wherein the 2nd respondent directed not to entertain any registrations pending WP.No.35108 of 2015 as this Court passed Status quo orders in the said writ petition. Aggrieved by the said refusal order, present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the subject land is no way connected with the land claimed by the petitioners in WP.No.35108 of 2015 and that the petitioner is not a party to the said writ petition.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Admittedly, the petitioner has alternative remedy of appeal under Section 72 of the Registration Act against the impugned order. As such, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy of appeal

before the appellate authority and the appellate authority shall dispose of the said appeal, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
