THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.25609 of 2009 ORDER:

None appears for petitioner.

2. Petitioner complains against non-issuance of call letter to him for the post of conductor as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

3. On 25.11.2009, this Court passed the following interim order: "Since the material on record shows that the petitioner's application was received in the office of the corporation on 16.03.09, there shall be a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to attend the interview for the post of conductor without insisting on nativity."

4. Having regard to the interim order granted on 25.11.2009, no further order is necessary.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
