HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26790 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 1st respondent in issuing impugned order No.AP/RO/GNT/40199/Comp-II/Z-IV/7A/Order/2018/137, dated 13.06.2018 under Section 7A of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, as arbitrary and illegal.

Sri T.Balaji, Learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent pointed out that the petitioner has alternate remedy and also filed counter to that effect.

Admittedly, petitioner has alternate remedy of Review under Section 7(B) and (C) and also remedy of appeal under Section 7(I) of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.

In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be available to him under law. No order as to costs.
