ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the interim stay granted on 8.6.2009 in WPMP No.14244 of 2009, was vacated on 6.8.2012 vide WVMP No.731 of 2010 and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
