KS,J 16.11.2022 I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed by the petitionerAccused seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.9017 of 2022 on 20.10.2022 while granting bail to the petitioner-Accused that he should report before the said Station House Officer on every day at 09.00 AM for a period of six weeks, thereafter as and when required.
Learned Counsel for petitioner-Accused submits that the petitioner is aged 55 years and he is residing at Uppal and he has to travel a distance of about 80 kms to Athmakur Police Station as such the petitioner is facing hardship to travel and further submitted that eversince the date of his surrender i.e., 26.10.2022, the petitioner is abiding by the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court, which is not disputed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent-State.
Taking into consideration of the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, the condition No.2 imposed upon the petitioner-Accused in Crl.Petition No.9017 of 2022 on 20.10.2022, is hereby relaxed and the other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. However, petitioner-Accused No.1 shall appear before the investigating authorities as
