This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the marketing including sale distribution of weedicides (Sea weed) and granules by product names AMRIVITA PLUS AND AMRIT-VITA as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the very purpose of filing of the writ petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
