Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 1 to 4 herein in not taking any action against respondents 5 and 6 herein pursuant to the representations of the petitioners, as illegal, arbitrary and void and consequently, direct respondents 5 and 6 to admit the petitioners including the aspiring voters from their respective villages as voters in 5th respondentSociety." Today, at the hearing, Mr.Gade Venkateswara Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.50101 of 2012, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
