HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.132 OF 2016 ORDER:

This revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is preferred against the order passed by the Junior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka in I.A. No.926 of 2015 in O.S. No.145 of 2008 dated 02.11.2015. I.A. No.926 of 2015 was filed by the petitioner to reopen the defendant's evidence for recalling P.W-1 and marking of documents. In the order under revision, the Court below observed that, in view of the orders passed in I.A. No.927 of 2015, this petition was also liable to be dismissed. Against the order passed by the Court below in I.A. No.927of 2015, the petitioner preferred CRP No.5421 of 2015, which was dismissed today i.e., on 19.02.2015. As the revision preferred against the order passed in I.A. No.927 of 2015 has been dismissed by order in CRP No.5421 of 2015 dated 19.02.2015, and as the present revision is preferred against the order passed in I.A. No.926 of 2015, this revision must be, and is accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
