HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 16568 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not sponsoring the candidature of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Sweeper/ Attender in the 1st respondent Bank, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that on 08.08.2003, this Court, while admitting the writ petition, passed an interim order in WPMP No.20555 of 2003 directing the 3rd respondent to sponsor the candidature of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Sweeper/Attender in the 1st respondent Bank. By virtue of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
