The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 05.05.2015, passed in I.A.No.447 of 2011 in O.S.No.77 of 2011 on the file of learned Junior Civil Judge, Madakasira.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main suit itself was dismissed without costs on 07.09.2017.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
